Randy and Donna Thomas have sold the Bulletin Board shopper in Indiana, Pennsylvania to American Publishing Company, according to John T. Cribb, Bolitho-Cribb & Associates, who represented the sellers in the transaction.

The Bulletin Board is a 32,667 free weekly circulation shopper with direct mail and rack distribution. The paper is nine years old and has six zoned editions. Also included in the sale is Get Stuffed, a paper serving the local college. The Bulletin Board has had remarkable growth in revenues of 20% to 37% per year in each of the past four years.

Bolitho-Cribb & Associates is a publishing company brokerage firm with offices in Montana, Florida, and Wyoming.
