Mr. Van Anderson, president of Missouri Ozarks Publishing Company, Inc., announced they have sold the corporate assets to Liberty Group Missouri Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Van Anderson, president of Missouri Ozarks Publishing Company, Inc., announced they have sold the corporate assets to Liberty Group Missouri Holdings, Inc., according to John T. Cribb of Bolitho-Cribb & Associates who represented the seller in the transaction.

Missouri Ozarks assets included in the sale were weekly and monthly publications – Lake Area News Focus, Tube Tab, Lake of the Ozarks Boats, Lake of the Ozarks Real Estate, and Missouri Ozarks Creative Services.

Bolitho-Cribb & Associates is a publishing company brokerage firm with offices in Montana, Florida, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
