Warfield Media has sold the weekly Tampa Bay Review to Bailey Publishing of Jacksonville, Florida, according to Thomas M. Karavakis, Bolitho-Cribb & Associates, who represented the sellers in the transaction.

The Tampa Bay Review, a legal publication serving the greater Tampa Bay area, publishes on Fridays and has a circulation of 1,417.

Bolitho-Cribb & Associates is a publishing brokerage firm with offices in Montana, Wyoming, Florida, and Wisconsin.
