The Platteville Journal, a twice-weekly paid newspaper, has been sold to Morris Multimedia, Inc., according to Tom Karavakis of Cribb & Associates, who represented the seller, Richard Brockman, in this transaction.
The Platteville Journal was founded in 1899 and publishes 4,100 copies twice a week.
Cribb & Associates is the oldest publishing brokerage firm in the United States with offices in Montana, Wyoming, Wisconsin, Virginia, and Florida.
