Michael R. Walton Jr. and Michael R. Walton Sr., owners of the Sheboygan Sun, a free circulation publication in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, have purchased the Tri-Village Pennysavers, according to Tom Karavakis, Cribb & Associates, who represented the seller in the transaction.

The Tri-Village Pennysavers, with offices and circulation in both Interlaken and Ithaca, New York, has been owned and operated by William Irwin and was established in 1949.

Cribb & Associates has offices in Florida, Montana and Virginia.
