David R. Schroeder has sold the Five County Buyers Guide to Journal Community Publications (Add, Inc.), according to Cribb & Associates’ Tom Karavakis, the broker representing the seller. Five County Buyers Guide is a weekly shopper publication serving the five counties of Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Marquette, Winnebago, and Waushara, Wisconsin.

The deal closed November 1, 2004. Cribb & Associates, LLC is a newspaper brokerage firm with offices in Florida, Montana, and Virginia.
